The Arroyo Arts Collective, a grassroots community arts organization, is best know for their annual Discovery Tour. This tour highlights "artists' homes and studios as well as colorful new and long-standing eateries and coffeehouses in Highland Park, Eagle Rock, Mount Washington and environs. “Tourists” can get to know local artists and view their work in the highly individual studios typical of the neighborhood including Craftsman homes, garages and commercial spaces. Work on display by over 40 participating artists will represent creative styles ranging from traditional plein air painting to cutting edge computer art."
